The Behavioral Activation Tech team is comprised of Dr. Carl Lejuez, Dr. Jennifer Dahne, and Mr. Jack Kustanowitz. We have extensive experience in psychological treatment development and evaluation, and the use of technology to put psychological care into your hands.

Jennifer Dahne is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina and a licensed clinical psychologist. The overarching goal of her research and clinical work is to significantly reduce the public health impact of mental health disorders, with a specific focus on depression and substance use disorders among vulnerable populations.

Jack Kustanowitz is founder and principal at MountainPass Technology, a boutique software development and consulting company specializing in integrated web and mobile applications. He completed his MS at the University of Maryland where he specialized in Human-Computer Interaction, and has since been involved in many projects in the areas of Health IT and the use of technology to improve mental health.

Carl Lejuez is the Dean of the college of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Kansas. In his previous position he served as a Professor and the Director of Clinical Training in the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Maryland. He is the developer of the Behavioral Activation Treatment for Depression and he is internationally-known for this work in the development of treatments for depression and related psychological conditions including anxiety.
